SME’s as well as any other type of enterprise can benefit from organizational learning, because it can help them to differentiate from the competency. Knowledge now a days is seen as an asset, as power that’s why terms like know how are so important and can bring so many benefits to an enterprise.

A SME can grow rapidly if they know how to use well their organizational learning.

An SME can also benefit from being organize and setting goals, this will give all of its employees a direction and a goal to follow.

The SME should not only pay attention to what is has done well, but also from mistakes, to learns from them and to improve with the future.

REMEMBER no enterprise is too little or too small to have organizational learning.
